This role will be responsible for the Project Management of changes and manufacturing switches (Operational Transition Phase) within Mylan Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) networks.

In this role the person has responsibility and ownership for ensuring successful coordination of all functions relating to Product changes and switches.

The person will manage product switches at Third Party Manufacturers (TPM) through collaboration with regional regulatory affairs, quality assurance, supply chain management, commercial operations, manufacturing to ensure seamless implementation of product changes.

Here’s how this role will help :

  • Manage the Operational Phase in cooperation within the European region
  • Provide and manage project plan of product switches
  • Align with specialist functions relevant to the Operational Phase (i.e. TPM Tech Service Manager, Regulatory, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, SPC, MDM etc)
  • Drive resolutions of issues as they arise to ensure that all switch activities are in compliance and executed on-time
  • Ensure consistency of communication to all key stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation of the change and switch process
  • Ensure the maintenance of project milestones in database
  • Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (Percentage of changes and switches achieved on time, and Accuracy of projected timelines)

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Recognized 3rd level qualification in a related discipline (Business / Pharma / Sciences)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industry in project management, technical operations or supply chain, Pharma experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic matrixed global environment
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation and decision-making skills
  • Strong and proven project management skills set
  • Proficient in the use of SAP modules
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
