Main Responsibilities :

As part of the EMEA digital sales team, interacting with the Business Unit and Headquarter, you will be responsible for accelerating the acquisition of new customers online and developing online revenue.

You will therefore be required to :

  • Execute the Sales Action Plan and report KPI’s to Business Units
  • Strengthen online customer acquisition
  • Improve the conversion rate / cross sell / Upsell
  • Responsible for the development of Digital Sales of your country and adapt digital sales activity
  • Propose new local digital actions and synchronise
  • Synchronise customer feedback and provide cyclical reports to the BU / BU Lead
  • Actively contribute to weekly meetings
  • Make sure CRM is the central repository of all sales activity
  • Track all online customer points of contact, using relevant tools (social reach and engagement monitoring tools)
  • Ensure achievement of monthly digital sales KPIs as well as sales performance indicators
  • Identify possible improvements (market approach, products...) and feedback with clear objectives to strengthen local performance
  • Work in partnership with all internal teams
  • Challenge the optimization of the online channel and order process, improving conversion rates
  • Actively drive sales actions and coordinate with other channel promotions, campaigns (calendar, briefs)
  • Actively lead local content creation and localisation of communications (Up-mails, banners, graphics)
  • Required Skills :

  • Experience in a digital sales role
  • Proven online Sales Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Google AdWords’)
  • Analytical Competence
  • Familiarity with key digital metrics (forecast / commits, churn & other key sales metrics)
  • Proven experience working in a technical B2B environment
  • Motivated by over achievement, exceeding performance targets
  • Competitive, Goal orientated and driven by challenges
  • ROI Savvy, prioritise by revenue (good ideas that make a difference short / mid / long term)
  • Driven and creative with influential leadership skills
  • Passionate about their product evolution to exceed customer satisfaction (best in class)
  • Fluent in English and Bilingual in Dutch
