Oversee the analysis, design, and execution of systems and process projects to support capacity and network design, JJOS / Lean improvements, CIP, innovation deployment, and customer experience improvement opportunities.
Ensure the implementation of solutions that meet goals and timelines.
Provide leadership to assigned projects teams ensuring appropriate levels of service and assist in developing, interpreting and implementing the tactical / strategic direction of the department.
Work as key Global technical leader to understand and support order to cash processes for all segments and regions.
Leverage this process and systems knowledge to ensure consistent operational processes and personalized customer experiences as enabled through the order to cash process.
Partner with global commercial partners, as necessary, to ensure CLS is positioned to support evolving commercial go to market strategies as well as channel shifts.
Interface with all of the necessary organizations (Marketing, Facilities, Safety, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Suppliers, as well as others) to provide for design support, buy-in and implementation.
Direct, control and facilitate the Process engineering and WCS systems teams to meet the tactical / strategic goals of the organization.
Lead technical work streams on large network optimization projects.
Control capital budgets.
Serve as the process and shop floor systems expert for Operations and ensure all activities and projects are aligned to site goals and adhere to good engineering practices.
Develop policies and procedures pertaining to activities directed and participated in the formulation of company engineering policies.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; Focus in Engineering, Science, or Technology is preferred
Minimum of 12 years relevant business experience required
Experience in multi-disciplined engineering environment with knowledge of project management, installation, and qualification preferred
People Leadership experience preferred
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the engineering principles; concepts and practices required
Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and / or JJOS methodology is preferred
Experience in systems design and / or collaborating with systems engineers required
Engineering experience in Distribution or Manufacturing is preferred
Experience working in FDA or highly regulated environment is preferred
Ability to support key stakeholders globally is required
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and model processes is required
Advanced Excel skills required
Demonstrated ability to assess vendors technical capabilities and evaluate standard product offerings against business process needs is preferred

This role will require up to 25% domestic and international travel
