The Senior Marketing Executive role has two key requirements : What you bring as an individual and what you bring to the team.

Your Role

Your primary role within the team is to bring strong skills to our e-commerce marketing team ensuring all work is pre-agreed, of high quality, prioritised effectively, communicated excellently, is on time and delivered to budget, (aligned to the brand’s commercial requirements).

In this role, you are jointly responsible for the successful delivery of the agreed annual Marketing plan, together with every member of your team.

Responsibilities :

  • You will support the e-commerce marketing team by achieving specific marketing driven objectives that underpin the marketing strategic vision and plan
  • You’ll liaise with external agencies and ensure projects are delivered to brief, to the highest standard, within budget and within deadline
  • You will collaborate closely with the product and sales department to add new and relevant customer focused solution-based collateral to the sales toolkit
  • You support the Marketing team to continuously improve overall brand strength, presence and consistency in line with brand guidelines across every medium
  • You’ll take ownership for the financial impacts of marketing projects - from raising PO’s, obtaining sign-off, receiving and processing marketing invoices
  • You will be our go-to-expert for everything digital from analyzing the success of our website through Google Analytics to evaluating success of campaigns through Salesforce and Pardot
  • You will implement, analyse, and optimise organic search engine marketing activities
  • You take pride in delivering high quality email campaigns
  • You’re viewed as a key brand guardian of our global corporate brand guidelines ensuring that all creative execution closely adheres to them
  • You will support the team by providing high quality proof-reading, as required and in line with the Marketing team’s priorities
  • You will manage the marketing department budget, ensuring all projects are forecasted correctly and delivered on budget
  • You will work with key stakeholders throughout the business : marketing, product, sales and legal to ensure our communications are on brand, on message and legally compliant at all times
  • You’ll create and effectively maintain the team status report’ (and other housekeeping BAU). This report will be absolutely central to the work you deliver
  • Technical expertise

  • You are degree qualified or hold an equivalent marketing qualification
  • You are highly computer literate and analytical (advanced PowerPoint and a proficiency in Word, Excel, Photoshop & Illustrator (desirable)
  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
  • Planning and delivery

  • Excellent administrative, organisational and project management skills
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, with the ability to communicate, highlight and negotiate slippage in advance, proactively seeking and gaining support from colleagues where necessary
  • You’re able to work effectively under pressure and deliver to budget and to tight deadlines
  • You consistently support a really collaborative and effective team dynamic.
  • You are a proactive individual who is able to work effectively both within a team and as an individual
  • Communication skills
