We Offer

  • The role will be ensuring clients operate in accordance with Central Bank of Ireland ('CBI') Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities ('UCITS') and Alternative Investment Fund ('AIF') regulations.
  • We will also guarantee the Depositary function operates in compliance with CBI and Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ('CSSF') regulations and circulars.
  • We need to be completing Net Asset Value ('NAV') and Investment and Borrowing Restrictions reviews to sign-off stage within set deadlines.
  • There is a potential for project work.
  • You will closely collaborate with colleagues in Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A.
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    You Offer

  • She / he will have experience in the funds industry, depositary experience would be advantageous.
  • You also possess attested knowledge of UCITS and AIF regulations and excellent analytical skills, an ability to work in an organised and methodical manner with strong attention to detail.
  • You are an excellent communicator with experience dealing with key partners at all levels.
  • The Depositary Analyst is required to act in the best interest of shareholder in each fund when undertaking their oversight / supervisory activities.
  • You should become completely familiar with the legal and operational structure of each fund serviced by the branch.
