We are currently in search of a self-motivated and sales focused person with finance experience or an experienced recruitment consultant to join our established permanent recruitment division in our Cork office, focusing on the Accountancy & Finance space.

About our permanent team :

The Accountancy & Finance permanent division within Morgan McKinley is a very well established business with many years of expertise and an established client portfolio of business.

Our team consists of 12 recruitment consultants who work with a diverse base of clients across commerce and industry and banking and financial services.

Our team recruit for all levels of Accountancy & Finance professionals on a permanent basis depending on the client assignment and requirements.

In the role of a Recruitment Consultant you will :

  • Develop new business opportunities via market mapping and cold calling
  • Build new client relationships and manage our existing key clients
  • Generate a network of candidates via advertising, headhunting and networking
  • Oversee the entire interview process, maintaining solid relationships and providing attention to detail at all times
  • Use your negotiation skills to agree the best possible solution for both your client and candidate
  • The ideal candidate :

  • Be a career changer with a finance or sales background or an experienced recruitment consultant
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a competitive direct sales or recruitment environment
  • Have at least 12 months professional work experience
  • Possess the confidence and communication skills to liaise with people across all levels
  • Have a persuasive nature and the resilience to overcome objections
