St Teilo House is a 23-bed hospital specialising in mental health rehabilitation for women in a safe and comfortable environment.
St Teilo House has been designed to provide an environment which promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.
In this role you’ll :
Support the responsible Clinician (RC) and Mental Health Act Administrator with report writing for MHRT, CPA, Managers hearings and Care Planning meetings
Communicate with external agencies such as the Clinical Commissioning Group and the Ministry of Justice
Ensure all the relevant documents are provided to all the relevant agencies
Organise meetings as requested and circulate any documents in a timely manner
Liaise with internal hospital departments and external parties as directed
Produce reports as required for compliance, audit and administration purposes
We're looking for people who have :
Experience in a similar health care setting
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983
Experience of dealing with a range of sensitive and confidential issues
Ability to remain calm under pressure / when dealing with difficult situations
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows and the internet
