Job description : The Dell EMC Senior Partner Program Specialist (SPPS) is part of the EMEA Channel Program team and reports to the regional Channel Program Manager with a dotted line to the regional channel lead in their assigned geography.

Senior Partner Program Specialists are subject matter experts on Dell EMC Partner Program (aligned to regions) and are responsible for the awareness, adoption and execution of the program within our tiered partner base, focus partner groups and distributors.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner Program Management and Enablement : Responsible for cross-functional management of the Dell EMC Partner Program through its entire life-
  • cycle to achieve Channel goals in a given geography. This is achieved by the education of DELL EMC channel teams on the partner program enabling them to : Articulate to partners and distributors the vision, strategy and value of the program, it’s structure, requirements and benefitsDrive the adoption of partner programs and competencies within their assigned partner accounts to accelerate partners to and through metal tiers and cross LOBEnsure partner program training plan is integrated into business planDrive partner tier compliance to audit requirements through performance status reviewsCommunicate quarterly targets and rebate attainment

  • Regional Channel Lead Support : Support Regional Channel Lead (GM) in geography with the following activities and events : Internal / external channel events, including analyst meetings, press interviews, sales training, partner meetings, social media engagementProvide regional GM’s with program profitability by region / by partner and distributorTrack regional partner performance gather insight, make recommendations to regional teams and feedback to global teamParticipate in quarterly business activities
  • Partner Program Development : Prioritize with key regional stakeholders strategic initiatives and global programs byWorking with regional teams and partners to identify program enhancements / developments and feedback to global program teams
  • Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating program plans and roadmaps, and communicate the impact of program changes to all stakeholders
  • Essential Requirements :

  • In-depth knowledge of all Dell EMC Partner Programs and Tracks, the benefits of each, and the required revenue and competency training levels.
  • Knowledge of all sales and marketing tools available to partners to drive demand for Dell EMC products
  • Excellent knowledge of local partner eco-system
