Our Client is an online Sportsbook based in Dublin and due to continued growth are recruiting an experienced CRM Manager with iGaming experience, preferable in Sportsbook or with a passion for sport to maximise the value of their customers acquired through the Sports book Channel.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Working with Acquisition and Online Operations teams to optimise conversion funnel for new customers from site visit to placing first bet.
  • Minimising churn of new and existing customers
  • Reactivating lapsed customers
  • Maximise the spend, share of wallet, and profitability of all active customers
  • Manage retention marketing budget to maximise ROI
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer base and develop a programme of retention based marketing campaigns and activities
  • Manage the design of marketing campaigns using a variety of communication channels (email, on site, social media, SMS, telephone etc.
  • targeting individual customer segments

  • Define and quantify key objectives of each campaign
  • Define success of campaign including ROI and other key KPIs
  • Manage execution of all campaigns and report on success of campaigns
  • Develop the VIP customer base through thorough analysis and targeted campaigns to maximise retention and spend
  • Manage retention marketing budget spend
  • Drive product development initiatives aimed at achieving each of the key objectives
  • Manage cross sell with other channels to maximise value of customers
  • Skills & Experience

  • Substantial senior CRM experience in gambling / gaming sector
  • Managing all aspects of retention focused marketing campaigns, ideally including experience with analytical tools and mass email marketing solutions.
  • Marketing using social media
  • Experience building and leading a high performing CRM team is desirable
  • Relevant degree
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken)
  • Highly analytical and ROI driven, happy to be knee deep in data and driving strategy
  • Results driven, good team worker and motivated & high energy
  • Articulate, persuasive and authoritative
