You will be a key member of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Commercial Director. The role involves working closely with the Sales Team, and other key departments Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Training.
You will also liaise closely with Key Pharmacy Chains to provide mutually beneficial business solutions.
Provide administrative support to ACD Field sales team
Supporting your Key accounts in tailoring promotions and maximizing their success
Provide efficient and effective retail support and reporting, tracking and analyzing sales figures
Accurately forecasting on promotions quantities
Monitor and track Commercial promotional activity working across finance credit control and Commercial teams
Ensure efficient and clear communication between Sales, Marketing and Finance team
Management of key account invoices
Identifying new business opportunities
Taking on and managing your own projects, long and short term with the potential to present your findings
Work with Marketing teams and coordinate with suppliers
You must be results driven with an ability to achieve set objectives
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
Interest in the beauty industry and upcoming trends

You must be eligible to work in the Ireland
Attained or are in the process of attaining a minimum 2 : 1 bachelor's level qualification
You must be a student looking to complete a placement during your bachelor’s degree or due to finish your bachelor’s degree in 2018
