We Offer

  • You will provide a single point of contact to all external Prime Brokerage clients and to the business itself respective to all Asset Servicing needs.
  • Responsible for query management, break resolution, entitlement inquiries and chasing for elections.
  • Measure, analyse client work drivers and scorecard activities targeting efficiency.
  • Offer training assistance to clients around CS tools and online capabilities.
  • Document small change & process improvements.
  • Participate in and prepare for client visits, roundtables, various working groups.

    You Offer

  • She / he will be a subject matter expert in Asset Servicing market knowledge & processing with special focus on Corporate Actions.
  • 3+ years experience as a minimum.

  • Responsible for voice of customer facilitation and own the maintenance of the relationships. Day to day contact with Prime hedge fund clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication across all audiences is essential.
  • Risk orientated, able to work against sensitive deadlines in a controlled environment.
  • Able to contribute business requirements and execute test plans as needed.
  • Knowledge of Equity / Fixed Income settlement & Derivative transactions a plus.
  • Shows drive, passion, works persistently through obstacles to create positive impact and value for the bank. Approaches situations with an entrepreneurial perspective.
  • High integrity, maintains confidentiality at all times. Fully complies with the code of conduct; acts responsibly protecting the reputation of the bank and mitigating controlling risks.
  • Takes visible responsibility for establishing, preserving and growing deep strong relationships with clients / colleagues.
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of the client's organization.
