Liaise with the Management team on a daily tasks to prioritise maintenance requirements for the Hotel.
Deal with all electrical, plumbing, heating, and other maintenance issues on a daily basis and co-ordinate contractors when required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Ensure all work carried out increases ease of service and guest satisfaction.
Deal with all service and product guarantees and warranties.
Carry out inspection on public areas on a daily basis in case of problems arising unexpectedly
Carry out consistent preventive maintenance programs on rooms and regularly update records on files.
Guarantee that projects are all promptly accomplished and in line with appropriate specifications.
Carry out assessment of requirements for completion of reports, or work orders to the General Manager
Engage in flexible work schedules to be able to perform well during emergencies. Assist in remodeling and construction of new projects as may be required.
