As the Sales Operations and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting sales through commercial processes, reporting and analysis thereby ensuring the effective flow of information is updated correctly.
The Sales Operations & Reporting Analyst is responsible for all aspects of performance reporting including the development of actuals, pipeline variance analysis and highlighting metrics to the management team.
The job holder will be expected to perform the following : -
Working with internal teams to resolve all sales, customer issues (forecasting, hygiene, etc )
Document and publish new internal business training and proposals
Assist and / or drive reporting needs and data cleansing as it relates to
Responsible for evaluating data inputs and helping with organization, cleansing and structuring data as it relates to Salesforce CRM
Learn best practice guidelines and learn Salesforce.com to track sales discipline from leads to opportunity to orders
Develop reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
Support our sales forecasting by creating robust models with data-driven insights
Performs optimization analyses and makes recommendations
Usage of Data Visualization tool in order to build Dashboards for the Sales Executive
Help build, maintain, and improve the quality of our data foundation
Deliver accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership
Help prepare presentation slides for Board meetings
Build peer support and strong internal company relationships with other key personnel

Strong Analytic Skills.
An advanced Excel user but you have also started experimenting with other data analysis tools like Spotfire.
Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales Support, analytical, data science, reporting role
Communication Skills - both verbal and written, ability to communicate at all levels.
Time management and ability to work within SLA's
Understand process flows and be able to look at a holistic process to identify inefficiencies
Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes
Willingness to step in and help to drive implementation
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and Spotfire is a plus
