  • You'll play a crucial role in our Restructuring & Realisations team, managing customer relationships that are in financial distress or require restructuring
  • What you'll do

    Joining our Restructuring and Realisations team, you'll be working collaboratively to manage customer relationships that have fallen into financial distress or require restructuring.

    You'll be a key player in achieving various objectives, including loss mitigation, debt reduction and alternative repayment structures.

    Day-to-day, you'll be :

  • Assisting in the management of a portfolio of customers on a consultancy basis, either through direct communication with customers or through third parties
  • Proactively managing customer reviews and meetings that are allocated to you in a timely manner
  • Completing applications for facility restructures or realisations where appropriate, and completing communications with customers
  • Making sure that team portfolio MI is up-to-date and maintained
  • Working with your colleagues to provide an excellent customer service
  • The skills you'll need

    You'll need to have banking experience to take on this role, and experience in either portfolio management, credit risk or recoveries.

    You'll have proven financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills, as well as the ability to interpret audited accounts and experience of cash flows.

    You'll also need :

  • The ability to develop relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong collaboration skills to achieve successful customer outcomes
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • To be self motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player
