HR Administrator (GDPR) Contract Position-11052018
Who you are :
You are an enthusiastic, self-driven person with a keen aptitude for detail orientated work. Someone who can work in a standalone role, with little supervision and willingness to roll up their sleeves to get a job done.
Your Team : Reporting to the Senior HR Services Manager The next challenge for you :
You will be responsible for the digitalisation of all employee files.
You will be accountable for the documenting and archiving of employee files.
You will own the scheduling of personal data deletion and adherence to destruction of hard copies of employee files.
You will ensure all HR shared drives and local processes are complaint with internal GDPR polices and procedures.
What you need :
Physical aptitude for lifting of boxes and working in a small filing room
Strong computer literacy particularly in Word and Excel
Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills
Good administration Skills
Attention to detail will be critical
High level of drive and capability to work on own initiative
