What You’ll Do :

  • Technical Support Work with the business to implement new processes and solutions that meet security standards This role will handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets, email or phone as well as to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Follow on outstanding requests and ensures timely resolution, provisions Deprovisions accounts and configures hardware as part of onboarding and off-
  • boarding processes Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative solutions

  • User Access and Equipment Administration Provide technical guidance and best practices for traditional desktop client management Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software Administers and maintains user accounts, permissions, and access rights across Windows, Unix systems, database X.
  • X Maintain up to date documentation and follow best practices in all application and system environments

  • Customer Training Presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers Assist in resolving global issues or problems with a global organization Helps to progress technology training across the enterprise
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed :

    Required / Minimum :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field. 0-2 years of hands on experience supporting client operating systems and employees in a corporate computing environment
  • Understanding of patch distribution management. Experience using Active Directory
  • Preferred :

  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge and understanding of LAN / WAN protocols (TCP / IP, DNS and / LDAP, WINS / DHCP, VPN, remote access)
  • Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
  • Understanding of standard role based access philosophies and procedures
  • Experience installing, diagnosing, configuring and correcting Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and MAC OS issues
  • Strong administrative knowledge of Windows server operating systems
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow through on open issues and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with dynamic priorities
  • Strong detail orientation with excellent organizational and time management skills
