Each successful candidate will be assigned to one of the following verticals :
Regular site testing and support of on-going maintenance.
Liaising with internal operations teams such as Customer Security and Customer Support.
Be trained and become a point of contact and expert in all backend systems and the issue resolution processes.
Assisting in facilitating the release of new game content and product enhancements
Trained to become a CMS system super user’. The point of reference for all content issues within the Casino team.
Supporting and maintaining operational processes for any new and existing products.
Reporting on customer segment, game and site traffic performance.
Analysis and reporting on competitor’s products and performance.
Managing site incidents, and assisting in the improvement in process within this area.
Support product managers in the delivery of new platform, client / web and bonus features.
Work with Casino UI / UX team to deliver wireframes and prototypes of tasked product features.
Work with Casino development teams to develop and deliver product features seamlessly across all platforms and jurisdictions.
Full UAT testing and sign-off tasked product pre-go live.
Creating supporting materials and documentation for marketing and product purposes.
Report status of tasked products to key stakeholders and wider group.
Manage the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and process improvement across all teams involved.
Own the day-to-day tasking for development studios and support teams.
Identify and communicate bottlenecks or roadblocks that may prevent the teams from achieving their goals.
Communicate effectively, correctly, and succinctly with software engineers and team leads.
Review the projects throughout various development stages and bring their quality to industry standards.
Help make decisions on work methods, development pipeline and priorities.
Creatively contribute to the pipeline with your own design ideas and game concepts.
Motivate and support to your team. Contribute to a positive work environment and project forward momentum.
Manage casino games compliance process globally across all group licences and brands.
Handle country specific compliance duties for Spain, Italy, Romania and US.
Conduct all testing of new game to ensure they function as intended in production.
Spec out all game images for our design team.
Keep on top of what our competitors are releasing so we can ensure to provide best in class content to our users.
