Position Title

QSI QS & Compliance Project Team Member

Job Overview

This position is a 2 year assignment that will involve the review assessment restructuring and re-design of identified site Quality Systems and Processes to support the Business needs in line with the company strategic goals.

The team will be diverse and have the ability to challenge the status quo in order to improve the processes and deliver to challenging targets, a robust re-

designed quality system that will be an enabler for future growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Mange change through People, Process and Systems
  • Liaise with all areas of the business to understand where the opportunities for improvements are
  • Design and implement transformational programmes to the business
  • Benchmark with other industries, sister sites and internally between departments
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to be continuously delivering improvements to the site
  • Requirements & Qualifications

  • University level degree
  • Relevant experience working (6+years) in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry or other combination of experience and education background that may otherwise satisfy the requirements of the role
  • Strong organisational skills, including ability to self-direct and follow assignments through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and experience in managing root cause analysis Deviation investigations Laboratory error investigations
  • Excellent written and Verbal communications skills
  • Experience working in a Project team is desirable
  • Proven abilities in decision making

  • Terms of Employment

    This position is a 2 year position, working hours are standard 39 hours week, 0800-1630.
