The Role :
Responsibilities will include :
Assisting the Laboratory Operations Director with quality monitoring for the lab which includes maintaining employee and lab records.
Scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes, distribution of mail, operational reports, ordering stationary and assisting with projects.
Data entry for clinical trials.
Filing and archiving of all laboratory data.
Data entry of specimen results.
Assisting with inventory logs and counts.
Participates in required Continuous Professional Education Programs which include conferences, internal Journal Club and lectures.
Ad hoc duties.
Experience requirements :
Leaving Certificate / equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Excellent Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Action orientated takes ownership of your role and responsibilities
Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
