Responsibilities : - Managing a Business Development Associates (BDAs) team which is gathering and analyzing information regarding customers (and potential customers) in order to build deeper and more effective relationships and improve strategic decision making -

    Train & develop BDAs into sales-ready candidates for future Sales Representative, Business Development Representative and Account Executive positions -

    Active cooperation with Recruitment, hiring Top Talents and participating in Recruitment Events - Create Metrics for Monthly Data Objectives -

    Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives -

    Regularly report on Team / Individual Results Data Quantity, Quality, Revenue, Sales Pipeline - Work closely with Sales Program Managers on defining Campaign follow-

    up and reporting - Work closely with Outbound Team to ensure Data Quality / Quantity and proper follow-up - Work closely with Operations to make recommendations on process improvements -

    Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity - Interaction and Cooperation with Sales Teams to drive strategy Required Skills / Experience : -

    Proven experience successfully managing and / or mentoring people to achieve performance goals. - Three to five years of experience working with Enterprise software, preferably in CRM, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations -

    Strong English required. European Language preferred but not essential for the role. - Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
