Job Purpose :

For projects that are medium to large in scope / complexity focusing on the WorldLink Platforms, part of the TTS Payments and Receivables infrastructure, to ensure that specific requirements for changes to applications are met through project management of the end-

to-end process. This follows the standard SDLC process of Project Initiation, Definition, Design, Construction, Verification, Deployment and Post Implementation review.

WorldLink Change Management team is responsible for re-designing the existing WL infrastructure, improve Customer experience, accelerate revenue and reduce cycle times and cost.

WorldLink is a flagship Global Product for cross-border payments.

  • Provide guidance on the WL capability development to ensure coverage and responsibility for delivering intended functionality
  • Analyse changes proposed to include impact on Client Operations / Partner systems.
  • Liaise with various functional teams e.g. Business Manager, Technology Team, UAT, throughout the SDLC process for initiating activities, providing updates, receiving updates regarding sign-offs etc.
  • Communicating progress of the project(s) to relevant parties
  • Ensure awareness and adherence to Quality Management System
  • Partner and Support the QA and UAT phases to ensure appropriate testing takes place for all changes delivered.
  • Ensure project plans are created and maintained
  • Track and monitor project activities against agreed business dates
  • Provide strong analytical, technical, business and / or management expertise to the group
  • Respond to and resolve issues beyond standard management requests
  • Personal Specification :

  • Background in Financial Services preferable
  • Strong Business Analyst Background
  • Experience managing large technical and / or process related projects
  • Strong understanding of WorldLink Product offerings and connected systems an advantage
  • Skills and Aptitudes :
