Your key objective is to enable the implementation of POSA and PTR projects at our retail and channel partners. Our country field sales and marketing teams will be your primary customers.
You will coordinate and manage international implementations that have high visibility and commercial impact from technical product initiation all the way to store level delivery.
To be successful you will work with our global Engineering teams, our European Sales Operations team, our Supply Chain team, our external technical service providers, and integrators.
You will manage and further develop the relationships with our current technical service providers.
Your Profile :
Bachelor degree, PMP / Prince2 qualified or equivalent, LSS is a plus.
Proven project management experience in international matrix organisations.
Technical background is an advantage, as well as experience in a Global consumer / channel organisation.
Good understanding and exposure to Digital New Product Introduction into the retail channel across EMEA
Cross Collaboration with Field sales teams across EMEA
Self-starter, comfortable in operating independently and coordinating cross-functionally within virtual teams.
Great interpersonal skills with proven organisational and cultural sensitivity.
Ability to work under pressure and occasionally available outside office hours and for travel.
