The Position

  • Responsible for project management of schedules and deliverables for all client distributions for shareholder services, digital distribution, document library management, data library management and printed distribution.
  • Provide fund expertise, training and daily support to team.
  • Lead, motivate, review and organise the work of team.
  • Forward planning and proactive management of resources to meet varying workloads and daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines.
  • Create, implement and monitor core processes for internal clients to ensure best practice delivery.
  • Management Activities

  • Responsible for day to day operational tasks of the Investor Services team.
  • Support the delivery of the team activities through planning, scheduling and co-ordinating daily workflow to ensure activities are accurately completed.
  • Provide regular updates to management team on deliverables / blockers / client interactions.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that process risks are minimised.
  • Review invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Project Management Activities

  • Project Manage the Dissemination of client documents and data to industry platforms
  • Manage distribution of client statements / documents via email fax and post.
  • Ensure all client projects are carried out as per the client SLAs and internal process documents.
  • Manage regulatory filings of client documents with local and foreign regulators.
  • Manage client proxy voting requirements.
  • Required :
  • Proactive self-starter with experience in scheduling and prioritising work ability to communicate deadlines and manage expectations within a dynamic environment.

    Strong organisational and administration skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks on all projects.

    Proven initiative, leadership and client service skills.Experience in client management.

  • Highly Advantageous :
  • Experience of working with investment portfolio data, securities data and investment documentation.Knowledge of constitutional documents including Prospectus, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Key Investor Information Document (KIID), factsheets and PRIIPS EPT, MiFID EMT i.

    e. data distributionKnowledge of international regulatory requirements in the funds industry is preferable but not essential.
