The focus is on improving both the volume of stock being transacted but also improving its quality and geographical concentration

company relationships. Particularly relevant are the investment, development land and research teams who currently are at the forefront of their sectors and offer fantastic opportunities for cross selling.
The role is focused on delivering a best in class, industry leading level of performance in the sale, letting and acquisition of Industrial space on behalf of landlord clients within the Republic of Ireland and if directed, Northern Ireland.
Support the Head of Department to lead the strategic development of the Industrial Agency Business and to drive the design and implementation of an effective business strategy that increases market share and profitability and is in line with the values and overall strategy of Savills Ireland.
Acquire new and prospective clients whilst strengthening Savills brand and reputation in the Irish market.
Actively Manage client portfolios and work to create cross-departmental selling opportunities.
Identify and implement efficiencies in department’s internal process management by developing work practices which allow clear tracking of new business delivery and ongoing task execution.
Effective and accurate reporting on pipeline instructions (current, pending and targeted) and associated fee revenue.
Collaborate with EMEA, US and colleagues on cross-border activities in a and out of the country for the benefit of the team and our clients.
Lead and assist cross broader department pitches and business development presentations and to lead pitches for acquisition work.
To be recognised as an industry expert and take part in relevant industry conferences and promote the brand via the delivery of seminars at universities / other public bodies and institutions.
Development of the Savills Industrial research database in conjunction with our research department.
To implement performance appraisal meetings and discussions on a regular basis with those members of the team reporting to you.
To support colleagues through mentoring and coaching as appropriate.

Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills / technically competent and numerate.
Chartered Surveyor (SCSI / RICS) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial agency department, not limited to industrial.
Understanding of Argus Developer & Investor and competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
