Our client - a leader in their field is currently seeking to hire a Finance Manager with extensive Supply Chain experience.
You will be responsible to lead the Supply Chain financial business support process and team on a permanent basis from their offices in Dublin .
This is a wide-ranging and challenging role that covers all aspects of financial analysis and reporting, business support and is a key member of the Supply Chain management team.
The 4 main areas covered will be Reporting, Payroll, Planning and Business Support . Previous Supply Chain Finance experience is highly desired as well as FMCG.
Produce the Supply Chain weekly cost per case report and present to the Supply Chain management team on a weekly basis with challenging insight.
Produce period management accounts including operational KPI s and variance reporting with a high level of insight, ensuring that all reports are published in accordance with agreed timeframes and to a high standard.
Manage the payroll function including the compilation of the payroll information on a weekly basis and ensure that colleagues are paid accurately and on time.
Ensure that all payroll processes are followed and continuously improved where necessary.
Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for Supply Chain, by liaising with all relevant supply chain budget holders to produce the relevant information within the agreed timelines.
Provide commercial business support and challenge all cost areas in the forecasting and budgeting processes ensuring a bottom-up plan is generated for each new planning cycle.
Provide business support and challenge in all areas, through the use of financial information and KPI s, for example in cost control including payroll and protecting margin including reduction in waste and stock management.
Ensure compliance with all operational processes and procedures within Supply Chain.
Provide support to the delivery of Supply Chain projects by providing insightful financial information.
Provide any other reports / information as requested, ensuring that they are completed within agreed timeframes and to a high standard.
Demonstrated analytical and logic abilities

Demonstrated experience managing process and system development and implementation
