Better is enabled by trust and respect We are looking for you to support and advise the senior executive team on all international Company Secretary and Corporate Governance matters to make sure that our subsidiaries meet their statutory obligations.
You’ll work with the Treasury function to ensure third-party AML and other regulatory requests are provided within these subsidiaries.
As part of the board meetings, you will prepare & distribute the board packs and tracking action points. As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for preparation and coordination of the commercial register filings including annual returns or financial statements.
For this role, you’ll need to be fully qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary. Experience as a secretarial experience is needed and can be from either from a corporate business or from a practice, as long as you can demonstrate that you have led board meetings and advised senior executives.
The last but not the least, you will have strong attention to detail and prove an ability to manage priorities.
