The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization provides business analytical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution and helps teams to drive global initiatives forward.

RSO works to ensure that Google's complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly and scales. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

We develop large-scale initiatives to deliver customer success and set high-level goals to improve productivity.

The EMEA RSO team partners with EMEA GCS Sales on future strategy, managing the business and improving core business systems and infrastructure.

We also work closely with Global Sales Analytics and Solutions, Marketing and other cross-functional GCS teams to define the path to sustainable GCS growth.

As Head of EMEA One GCS Strategy, you will be responsible for key regional GCS projects, sub-region and market-level opportunities, and ad hoc strategic challenges.

You will manage the ongoing EMEA One GCS Board, build relationships across the EMEA business, identify areas of opportunity for the group to take on, and set up associated projects.

You'll also keep a pulse on the same store business to determine appropriate areas of strategic investment. You are a thought leader with an ability to go broad across the business, build relationships and drive results through cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute global pan-regional projects aimed at improving business effectiveness and productivity in conjunction with central teams.
  • Serve as primary liaison to regional GCS Sales leaders, cross-functional EMEA GCS heads, Large Customer Sales Operations and Marketing teams to drive regional alignment and collaboration.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to identify strategic business execution opportunities, generate business plans, ensure smooth business execution and drive advocacy for regional needs with central teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader on growth opportunities to our partner teams.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in an analytical and project management role.
  • Team management experience.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working in a problem-solving and strategic role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
