Monasterevin Motors is currently seeking a Service Manager.

As the Service Manager your role will be to achieve the company™s targets as well as the manufacturer™s standards and goals.

If you believe you can motivate a team, achieve the business goals and really make a difference then you could be the ideal candidate.

You will be able to work on your own initiative, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong leadership and motivational skills.

Improving Processes, Procedures and most importantly, our Customer Service. We want to know how well we are doing and where we could do better.

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Ensure the highest and most efficient standards for our customers.
  • Ensure dealer standards are maintained.
  • Effective and profitable management of a busy Service Department.
  • Ensuring key KPIs including customer satisfaction, utilisation and warranty are met at all times. Managing the workshop team to ensure maximum efficiency & profitability.
  • Responsibility for maintaining and developing key client relationships.
  • Driving sales, meeting targets and maintaining a sales culture.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years™ experience in a management or customer service ideally within the Motor industry.
  • Strong focus on team leadership.
  • Good customer relation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Administratively highly organised.
  • Proactive approach to developing and maintaining systems and processes.
  • Ideal Candidate :
