Description : Asian cuisine chef de partie required for Langs of Grange, Sligo.

Langs of Grange, Bar & Restaurant, Grange, Co. Sligo, is seeking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to help with our successful new South Asian style cuisine menus featuring food from the countries of India, Sri Lana and the Maldives.

This is a full time permanent position.

39 hours per week.

Applicants must be experienced in ala carte restaurant dining and be able to work in a busy kitchen and must be fully qualified in professional cookery.

Applicants must also have experience in South Asian cuisine with knowledge of the different spices and sauces involved.

We also have European style menus so some Western cooking experience is desired.

Duties and responsibilities will include :

Helping the senior Asian cuisine chef with our new Asian menu.

Making sure food is of the right quality and is produced on time for customers

Helping in the management of stock

Helping with the health and hygiene procedures / food safety procedures

Salary per annum 30,000 Euro
