    Job Purpose :

    This position supports the industrial business :

    With this key role - as part of our continued profitable growth plan - we are looking to expand the Sales Enablement & Product Support team for the Compression Technologies & Services business unit in Europe.

    The main purpose of this role is to provide adequate product support for a broad range of products, which will enable the customer-

    facing teams to address customer requirements with a technically viable solution.

    The role is a perfect starting point for young technical-commercial potentials who have the ambition to work in a multinational environment, interacting cross-

    functionally and benefiting from developing a broad network across the organization as an initial step in their career. Whilst being in this role, you will obtain both market as well as competitive insights within the various vertical markets and applications through your close interaction with the sales teams throughout the entire end-user buying journey.

    Position Responsibilities :

    Starting point is to understand the various product lines as well as compressed air as such and the composition of a comprehensive compressed air solution

    Provide clear technical guidance on a differentiated compressed air solution which will enable the sales teams to sell the value propositions of standard units, pre-

    engineered features / options as well as customized solutions

    Review and complete market requirements for future product offerings

    Gather competitive intelligence to create street fighters

    Develop tools, papers and libraries which are user-friendly and easy to use

    Document solutions into CRM systems and follow up end-user acceptance.

    Report on product support progress, findings and results on a daily basis

    Look into continuous process improvement and refine standard work where needed.

    Co-)Lead product trainings throughout the sales channel in the region as well as facilitate end-customer specific product trainings

    Over time you will take the lead on a dedicated product and represent the region as a go-to-person collaborating with the Product Growth Team in defining the strategy

    In addition, you will contribute in the GDLO process (Generate, Develop, Launch and Offerings process) for dedicated growth opportunities within the region.

    Skills / Qualifications :

    Engineering background (ideally Electro-Mechanical Bachelor or Master graduate).

    Expertize in Compressed Air or Rotating Equipment as Internal Sales, Application Engineer or Product Support

    Data-driven & Commercial minded team player with a passion to win

    Creative engineer searching for best solutions

    The candidate must be available to travel more than 25% of the time

    Must possess excellent written and oral skills in English language and up to 2 more languages (preferably German and / or Polish)

    Marketing acumen is a plus.

    Outgoing mentality and assertive person

    Must have knowledge on MS Office packages, Salesforce.com experience desired
