The AIS Business Control, Officers primary responsibilities are the following :
Support project management around the implementation of key business control initiatives and the management of the requirements after implementation is completed
Develop, analyze and deliver management reports for senior management and Risk Committees.
Participate and lead risk and compliance committees and working groups and manage related activities
Perform monitoring and testing / surveillance activities to ensure that AIS complies with Corporate and AIS policies and procedures
Monitor the governance requirements around the FLOD Risk Excellence Governance Structure. This will include ensuring that attendance records, charters, agenda topics for future meetings are up to date.
Minutes and materials are retained centrally and available upon request.
Monitor the timely completion of risk and compliance issues with assigned business units and ensure actions are taken through remediation by responsible parties
The ideal candidate must possess the following :
BA / BS required; MBA or CFA preferred or working towards an advanced degree or certification
5 + years experience preferred
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management
Ability to operate in a challenging and fast pace environment
Must have expert skill in Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge in Microsoft Access and SharePoint
Ability to multitask and navigate competing priorities while supporting multiple managers
