Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to assist the HR Advisor and Group HR Manager. You will be responsible for managing the day to day administration within the HR Department, providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and legislation as appropriate.
You will be responsible for :
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries by phone an email.
Creating and maintaining of employee personnel files both soft and hard copies.
Managing all new starter on boarding and exiting; generation of contracts, new starter packs, induction procedures, exit interviews.
Notifying payroll department of new employees, leavers and any change in current employee circumstances via standard notifications on a weekly and monthly basis.
Reviewing weekly rosters / payroll for a small part of the business and ensuring legislation compliance regarding hours and leave management.
Assisting with the co-ordination of investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings and ensure all paperwork is retained and attend meetings where appropriate.
Processing employee leave i.e. maternity, paternity, parental etc. and ensure all requests are tracked accordingly.
Ensuring work permits, where applicable are up to date and escalate any issues.
Issuing letters / forms / policies and paperwork to employees and managers as requested and relevant.
Managing the Employee of the month programme.
Coordinating the Probation review and Appraisal programmes.
Supporting the team with HR project assistance.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications :
A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role is essential.
A 3rd level qualification preferably in Human .Resources or related discipline.
CIPD recognised qualification is preferable
A very high level of attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
The ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.
Strong MS Office skills and technologically savvy.
