About The Role :

Citco Bank has undertaken an initiative to replace the current banking suite of applications which include Customer management, KYC, Accounts, Treasury, Payments, Online banking and Reporting with of the T24 and TPS platforms developed by Temenos.

The T24 Support Analyst is required to support the project environments and contribute to the preparation of the production landscape.

  • The role requires someone that will
  • Troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently
  • Perform problem analysis, and identify and develop work-around solutions where possible,
  • Work as part of the T24 technical team to identify and implement process improvements,
  • Help maintain knowledge base and documentation.
  • Provide T24 application support to business users and project stakeholders through the remainder of the project live cycle, through until go-live.
  • The T24 Support Analyst may also be required to participate in the incremental development of the existing products as well as contribute to new initiatives.
  • This is a challenging and demanding role within a fast paced business unit requiring good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and react quickly to challenging technical situations.
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter that can quickly integrate into a fast paced project environment.

    This position is a key position within the Citco Bank T24 Implementation team which is primarily responsible for the maintenance and rollout of T24 across multiple bank branches.

    About You : T24 Knowledge

    T24 Knowledge

  • Knowledge and experience of T24 modules,ideally : - TreasuryCustomerAATPS
  • Ideally candidate will have exposure to COB Tuning and configurationTAFJT24 ClassicDeployment automationDesign StudioParameterisation and configuration processes
  • Excellent knowledge of OFS and its uses
  • Unix scripting skills is an advantager
  • Problem solving, data collection and judgment
  • Project Management / Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Managers to contribute to planning and identify risk / issue mitigations
  • Effective time management skills to deliver quality and on time deliverables
  • Testing

  • Assist with QA, UAT, and Stress Testing in coordination with the central QA team.
