Job Overview The purpose of this role is to perform the tasks associated with each assigned project and assist the Project Manager with the delivery of client related projects.

Report to : Project Manager Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for Project teams
  • Coordinates administrative activities and maintains contact with the full project team
  • Assists in monitoring the project to support the production of regular status reports
  • Works closely with project team members to confirm progress and status of planned tasks
  • Creating, maintaining and administration of project documentation
  • Controlling documents version library
  • Dealing with queries
  • Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred Business or related field
  • 2-3 years of financial services experience in project administration / coordination
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Proven detail orientation
  • Strong computer skills required, including MS Excel and Word
  • Understanding of workflow and workflow analysis principles
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing deadlines without compromising quality
