Our Client, is recruiting for a Construction Site Administrator to join their team on a site based in North Dublin.

Construction Site Administrator’s Responsibilities Include :

  • General Administration
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries & clients
  • Manage incoming emails
  • Manage all subcontractors timesheets & holiday requests
  • Printing, filing & scanning of documents
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • Managing office supplies
  • Ad hoc duties as needed
  • The Successful Construction Site Administrator requires :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in construction industry
  • Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated
