Our Client, is recruiting for a Construction Site Administrator to join their team on a site based in North Dublin.
Construction Site Administrator’s Responsibilities Include :
Dealing with incoming enquiries & clients
Manage incoming emails
Manage all subcontractors timesheets & holiday requests
Printing, filing & scanning of documents
Liaising with suppliers
Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls
Managing office supplies
Ad hoc duties as needed
The Successful Construction Site Administrator requires :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in construction industry
Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Highly efficient and self-motivated
