Key Responsibilities

As Schedule & Account Services Specialist you will be providing telephone, chat and email assistance to our EMEA customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.

  • 24 / 7 Customer support
  • Understand Customer’s needs
  • Processing part order / escalation
  • Reactive scheduling of activities for onsite resolution for our engineering team
  • Essential Requirements

  • Native French and English language
  • Availability to work a 24 / 7 shift rotation
  • Creative, outside the box thinker. Able to solve problems without constant supervision.
  • Manage own workload, following up on cases when required and being responsible for the timely completion of assignments and work.
  • Ability to multitask, mentor and coach team members. Able to handle a high volume of work and frequent changes in direction with ease.
  • Microsoft Office applications with good reporting skills
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and bring concise, achievable resolutions to your management team
  • 2 years’ experience in customer service and related fields
