Responsibilities :

  • Extensive Diary Management & Travel arrangements
  • Meet and Greet all Clients, Liaising with clients, staff at all levels
  • Organising and attending meeting and have documentation
  • Management of Report tracking
  • Managing budgets
  • Minute taking & distribution of minute of meeting
  • Create & prepare presentations for management meetings
  • Market research of brands, partners and technology
  • Requirements :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite especially in Excel (Pivot Tables & Macros
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to prioritise own workload.
