Your role :

  • You contribute toward the operational efficiency of the HR team, achieving solutions and improvements in all process / tasks.
  • You are responsible for processing and managing HR transactions and data input, working with our Global HR Transactions team.
  • You are central in Identifying, navigating and solving transactional processes related to multiple HR based applications and associated systems.
  • Partnering with our Strategy Planning Office, you generate monthly / quarterly reports and dashboards.
  • The HR Team look to you to provide ad-hoc analysis support and reporting to the team and business leaders.
  • Establishing working network with the data analyst community to share standard methodology.
  • Conducting in depth technology and workflow risk assessments including identifying and documenting integration errors, identifying potential gaps and / or inconsistencies and making sound recommendations for improvement and / or mitigation
  • Monitoring project dashboard for data quality issues.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven expertise in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in an analytics or technical discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in data and process analysis.
  • You have superb communication skills, enjoy working with a dynamic team, and have an aptitude for learning new technologies.
