A leading multinational company, with the most widely used customer experience software on the planet, is looking for a highly driven account manager to join their team in Dublin city centre.
The company is on such a growth trajectory they are building a brand new office beside their existing location. This role will be managing existing accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
It needs a highly customer-focused person who is solution-focused and enjoys problem-solving and delivering great service.
Some highlights of the role
Managing an existing base of accounts with responsibility for their renewal and growth
Building long standing relationships with clients
Ensuring the highest level of client engagement with the platform and help your customers get the most return as possible from their solutions
Supporting your client base with any queries they may have regarding their solution / subscription
You will have full autonomy over your desk and clients managing your own time, forecasts, pipeline and goals
2 years’ account management experience, ideally with a SAAS / tech solution
Proven track record in growing existing business accounts
Strong customer focus with excellent relationship skills
Communication is key here, especially active listening!!

Salary-wise, we are looking at €40,000 - €50,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission (€30,000)
