Payroll Administrator Part time Dublin 11

Our client based in Dublin 11 is now recruiting for a payroll administrator to join their team

Job purpose & responsibilities :

The successful role-holder will be responsible for managing the daily tasks

associated with accounts,payroll

Job Type / Category

Monday to Friday 8.30am 12.30pm

Key Accountabilities

  • Working as part of a team, responsible payroll
  • Ability to work independently whilst still fitting in with the overall team
  • Plan and structure
  • Resolving ant queryor issue regarding payroll
  • Processing timesheets for nurses and care assistants on a weekly basis
  • Required Qualification & Experience :

    Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication, analysis, report writing and interpersonal
  • skills

  • Be highly organised; used to working efficiently in a regulated
  • environment applying a strong work ethic

  • Proficient and confident in Excel,Word
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • while displaying strong attention to detail
