PhD and Postdoc positions are available within Prof. Seamus Martin’s laboratory at Trinity College Dublin , Ireland.
We are investigating the links between Cell Stress, Cell Death and Inflammation , and are especially interested in how sterile inflammation is initiated in cancer by tissue stress or cancer chemotherapy.
The laboratory is well equipped and funded by awards from SFI and the IRC Laureate programme and is located within the Dept.
of Genetics on the Trinity College campus in the heart of Dublin.

Applicants should be highly motivated and have a background in either Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or Molecular Biology.
Post-doctoral applicants should have TWO or more First author publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
