Position Overview

The Account Executive will work closely with VP, EMEA Sales, Inside Business Development team, Salesforce directly and through their own fostering and networking, in order to sustain and grow software sales.

Qualified individuals must be experienced in selling enterprise software. Strong B2B sales and account management experience combined with collaborative effort in a fast-paced, environment is essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify target accounts with executive leadership; break these down into challenging revenue / profit goals for yourself and create clear plans on what you will need to meet them
  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, planning & execution.
  • Produce proposals (MSAs, SOWs), gather market intelligence on competitors or write up project summaries, white-papers or other thought leadership
  • Requirements :

  • A strong understanding of eCommerce or CRM in a sales environment
  • Track record of success in software sales; ideally within a cloud / SaaS based product company
  • Calling on cold and / or warm leads in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills including facilitation of : meetings (via phone or in person), presentations and product demos
  • Strong industry experience in any of the following : high tech, life sciences, manufacturing, industrial, food and beverage
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals at an executive level
  • History of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
