This is an excellent career opportunity to independently manage an important portfolio of clients and independently process a number of critical business tasks end to end.

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of group corporate clients in relation to their Death in Service & Income Protection benefits
  • Liaising with life assurance companies, clients, consultants and third parties
  • Processing life assurance and income protection annual renewals from pre-renewal to issuing final renewal stages
  • Liaise with the WTW pensions administrator where required when processing scheme renewals / member claims
  • Managing the CRM and workflow systems (Portal & Benefits Engine)
  • Ensure that the Risk Renewal Process on the workflow system is kept up to date
  • Managing the underwriting process on a scheme and individual level from start to end
  • Processing death claims and income protection claims
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements, compliance deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to throughout daily processes
  • Managing client correspondence (In and Out)
  • Manage confidential information
  • Adhering to all data protection requirements
  • Managing the re-broke process in conjunction with the scheme consultant
  • Attend client meetings / conference calls as required
  • Complex consultant queries
  • Training of new staff
  • The Requirements

  • 1+ years experience working in an office environment
  • Client focused
  • Excellent PC skills Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to prioritise and work under time pressures
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Driven to work towards achieving QFA qualification
