Overview of the role :
As a member of the new Customer Support Specialist team, you are going to be responsible for performing and executing the account management responsibilities for our developing customers.
You will be the point of contact for queries that clients may have in regard to their service and you will be working closely with these clients to make sure that they are given a fantastic customer service experience.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Representative?
You will be the initial point of contact for our developing accounts and you will be collaborating with other business departments to ensure prompt support, resolution and delivery of customer requirements.
Develop and maintain our CRM to make sure that all customer information is accurate and correct.
Preparing and presenting reports for customers and internal teams to identify customer satisfaction levels and potential growth opportunities.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of BT products and customer requirements and identifying potential opportunities within our developing clients.
