Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for a part time technical support individual. They provide solutions and local, friendly service and they’re hoping to have someone join there team quickly.
What you will be doing :
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical issues using remote access software and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Follow standard help desk procedures and represent the company to the customer in a professional and competent way.
Log all help desk interactions using Zendesk
Keytag and keyring production
Site visits to customers if required
What you need :
Customer service focused with excellent telephone and problem solving skills
Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
Experience in a software / support environment would be an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self motivated, conscientious, results oriented with good attention to detail
Previous experience within the Leisure Industry would be an asset
