Providing a warm welcome to all of our Guests
Assisting Guests with their luggage
Providing a flawless Check-In & Check-Out
Answer any phone queries in a professional & well-informed manner
Making & adjusting Guest reservations
Assisting with any Guest requests, from offering restaurant suggestions to booking tours The Candidate The ideal candidate should :
Have experience as in a customer-facing role
Have an authentic passion for hospitality and an eagerness to make Guests' stays perfect
Possess excellent communication & organisational skills
Have impeccable grooming standardsIt would also be advantageous if you :
Have previous Front Office Agent Experience
Have worked in a luxury hotel before
