Your main responsibilities :
Grow the local content moderation quality team and oversee their day-to-day management;
Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for auditing procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
Develop and maintain QA programs complementary to the quality system, corporate objectives and policies.
Report, analyse, and provide insights on our quality process.
Responsible for localising working process and strategies, solve content concerns for local users with cross-functional teams in such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations teams.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience, advanced degree is preferred;
2+ years’ experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company;
Experience in managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills and personalities
Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues;
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;
Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skill;
Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries;
Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages : German, Spanish, Turkish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Hebrew, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Dutch.
Chinese is preferred but not required.
