An opportunity has arisen for a Client Engagement Executive to join our Investment Team within Wealth Management
Key responsibilities of this position will include :
Administration and task management : Supporting the team leader allocate and prioritising workflow and task management The provision of general administrative support to the team Management of follow up activities from meetings;
completion of minutes of meetings and monitoring completion of tasks. Managing reporting and operation of tasks in conjunction with other team members;
implementing and communicating company practice in carrying out tasks.
Client Engagement & servicing Managing general touchpoints and communication channels with clients of the team Acting as the first point of contact to clients;
dealing promptly and efficiently with client’s queries and engaging with other business units as required. Participate in interdepartmental projects to identify best practice to enhance servicing our clients;
facilitate deployment and communication of new applications to the team. Contribute in company campaign workshops.
Documentation Management of the teams SharePoint page and coordination of team documentation Preparation of investment presentations and collation of documentation for client meetings;
auditing customer relationship management system to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate & compliant in preparation of client meetings.
Prepare client reporting packages and analysis for client meetings; Annual General Meeting preparation
Brand Development and Digital Marketing
Marketing material and new business proposals : Coordinating the production of marketing materials distributed to clients.
Assisting with the production of ad hoc client proposal documents.
Event ManagementOrganising events and seminars both in house and externally
Coordinating event attendance and manage the post event follow up process through newsweaver and follow up surveys
Degree or Masters in Business related area;
Financial services experience desirable;
Excellent oral and written communications skills are required;
Strong general administration skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
Exceptional customer relations and interpersonal skills;
Strong client focus to ensure effective service delivery
An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be well organised, accurate in compiling financial data and attentive to detail;
An ability to prioritise own workload
A high level of initiative and enthusiasm
Comfortable working to multiple and tight deadlines on a regular basis
