Here's how this role will help :

  • Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis and other relevant techniques from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries
  • Coordinates development teams on large and / or complex projects and works closely with technical team members to translate business requirements into systems requirements
  • Contributes to the management of an approved portfolio and budget and conducts cost / benefit analyis of proposed project initiatives
  • Monitors and responds to application problems, tracks problem occurrence and resolution, identifies, diagnoses and suggests solutions to complex problems
  • Analyzes business processes and provides guidance relative to emerging trends and strategy
  • Leads the creation and maintenance of project management plans that define project scope, assumptions, risks and approach across multiple projects
  • Ensures project cadence, project issues, change requests and risks are clearly defined and communicated to project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensures that all projects are managed according to methodologies adopted by the organization in accordance with established governance practices

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with a specialisation in science / IT / communications
  • 4 years' of experience in business analysis
  • 2 years' of experience with LabWare LIMS, ELN, Waters Empower, NuGenesis SDMS Business Analysis
  • 2 years' of experience with LabWare LIMS, ELN, Waters Empower, NuGenesis SDMS Business Analysis
  • 2 years' of experience with cGXP, 21CFR Part11 and Data Integrity standards, laboratory and process operations of Pharmaceutical industry
