Iconic Offices is looking for a talented and passionate Community Lead to join our team. This is a Front of House position and the ideal candidate is a confident and outgoing customer service professional with relevant experience.

Serve as the primary contact and provide excellent Front of House care to all Members and external clients.
Support the Community Manager daily
Scheduling internal & external meeting room requests
Catering & other ad-hoc meeting arrangements
Call Answering and the ability to work with a busy switch
Develop a good understanding of member™s business and keep up to date with trends and news within that industry
Seek member feedback and address member concerns and suggestions
Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with members & colleagues
Liaising with external contractors, cleaning and maintenance teams and managing the overall building upkeep
Commercially minded with the ability to increase revenue & sales
Facilitating with tours / Memberships & potential walk ins
Setting up show offices as soon as new space becomes available
General day to day operations such as Inventory, Stock Control, Replenishment's, Cleanliness, Facilities, Building Audits
Assist as part of a team with on-site community events
Professional experience in customer service, hospitality or retail
Strong written and verbal communication and people skills
Passion for networking
Well-rounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease
Highly organised and attentive to detail with the ability to multitask
Fun personality, honest, creative, curious, intelligent, hardworking and drive for achievement.

The Salary on offer for this position is 25,000 per annum. We offer a range of additional benefits and perks too!
